New Facilities, timeless service

Each Stonehenge facility is new construction. Stonehenge of Orem opened in December 2008, Stonehenge of Richfield opened in June 2010 and Stonehenge of American Fork opened in August 2012. With each facility attractively decorated with state of the art equipment it can meet and exceed the needs of each of its patients. Stonehenge philosophy in caring for our patients is to live the “golden rule” or in other words treat others how you want to be treated. The State of Utah grades each nursing facility on the care they provide. Stonehenge of Orem and Stonehenge of Richfield are 5 star facilities that can be found at www.medicare.gov. Short Term Care

Stonehenge of Orem is licensed as a skilled nursing facility and can only accept Medicare or Medicare participating insurances. The Medicare benefit for the skilled nursing facility is up to 100 days. Consequently, the average length of stay for patients at Orem is 18 to 20 days. Stonehenge of Richfield and Stonehenge of American Fork are also licensed as a skilled nursing facility and can accept Medicare and Medicaid. These facilities have a significant short-term population but can also accept patients who are in need of long-term care as well.
